I possess a high sense of pedagogy and I use a child centered approach of teaching. I believe in discovery and experimental learning because all learners are gifted differently. I love cognitive approach of learning that emphasizes critical thinking by learners and this leads to problem solving among learners. I am a strong advocate of Cambridge curriculum learning goals that emphasizes the need to boost learners' confidence,make them innovative, reflective and engaged. This makes me to value learners interests and I try my best to make learners be in control of their learning by considering their views and using their views to formulate ideas and concepts about a specific historical or economics phenomena. I also love technology based learning that's why I chose to explore the world of ICT . Education approach that incorporates technology into learning is really amazing today and learning has become fun due to the ease of mastering through the aid of computer science. I also love game based learning and role play learning styles because learners can never forget an activity they were part of.
