With over 9 years of academic experience, I am passionate about delivering concept-driven and career-oriented education in Commerce, Management, and Human Resource disciplines. I hold a Ph.D. in Human Resource Management and postgraduate degrees in both Commerce and Business Administration. Currently serving as an Associate Professor and Program Manager at a reputed university in Bengaluru, I have guided 100+ undergraduate and postgraduate students in research and project work.
