☆A good teacher is like a candle it consumes itself to light the pathway of others. Hello I am Vaishali currently I have passed class 12 with 92.8% and I am going to pursue my undergraduation in field of medicine . Teaching students or kids is not just a job rather a passion for me .
☆ Teaching method should not only be rote and passive learning instead logical thinking, practical based, using visual and audio clips and moreover we should synchronize older techniques of teaching with e learning so that students can study in a more effective way.
☆ My teaching methods vary according to the students and their preference and I can easily adapt new methods according to their needs. Students feel free to communicate with me as I understand their challenges and situation. I have good problem solving skills and time management skills.
☆My focus is not only academic development of a child but holistic growth so that they can openly keep their views and opinion in the society.
☆In a nutshell, I would say I don't want students to take studies as boring and burden rather my goal is to make it more interesting,fun,meaningful and active learning so that students are naturally drawn towards study.
