My name is Mr. Ibinabo Anthony. I am a teacher by profession, with 9 years plus teaching experience from primary school level ( Cambridge curriculum) to University level on the following subjects; Mathematics, Computer Science, ICT, Advance Mathematics, Further Mathematics, Basic Science and Physics (IGCSE, O Level, A Level, WAEC, NECO, GCE). In addition to this, I have a 2 years WAEC and NECO Examination marking experience and 1 year Cambridge IGCSE Examination marking experience.
My teaching style is center on student learning; students are allow to participate through class activities to evaluate their level of understanding during learning. I also encourage student to be out spoken and confident by allowing them to be in charge by starting every class or lesson with a question related to the topic learned for that day. This method also help me to understand the level of the student knowledge on the topic to be taught and also prepare me to know the category of the student (slow learned, gifted, fast learned).
I always remind my colleagues that the secret to my student positive academic performance is my teaching qualities; Always be patient with your student during learning, Continues encouragement to your student (e.g. ' Good work but you can do better'.), Always have you student back, so they can confide in you. Thanks.
