I'm result oriented and I tailor my teaching to suit my student growth. I believe each student should be handled differently and their growth should be plotted differently. I'm assignment centered, so you should be expecting lot of work to do on your own after my thorough explanation. If there's no changes in the first 6 months, then we take a step back in the lesson.
I'm always available for my students outside the schedule time and willing to assist.
