I'm a Bharathnatyam dancer having learnt the art form from the past 14 years. have trained mostly in Kalalahethra style .
I have completed the Vidwath final ( highest level of exam for art forms in Karnataka State) conducted by Karnataka State Dr Gangubai Hangal Music and Performing Arts University.
I have also completed the Visharad Poorna exams with distinction conducted by the Akhil Bharatiya Gandharva Mahavidyalaya Mandal
Akhil Bharatiya Gandharva Mahavidyalaya Mandal from Mumbai. I am also adept in playing the nattuvangam.
Have learnt mridangam and completed the junior grade exams conducted by the KSEEB board.
I can also sing and teach basics of carnatic music, light music and folk music.
Have given various stage performances for professional and corporate settings. Some include Kukke Subramanya temple, Infosys Mysore etc. Some of the significant items I've performed include Srinivasa Kalyana, Ramayana, Bhavayami Raghuraman etc.
In terms of teaching experience, have assisted my guru in teaching junior kids and choreographing various items. At organisation level have taught other colleagues. Have also assisted in choreography at college and organisation level for classical and semi classical items.
