I have around 3+ years of experience in teaching from the last 2 years I am teaching to btech students. Previously I also reached to pre school and secondary and intermediate students.
So that I can easily know the mindset of the students as far I have being in this field.
I can make good strategies to explain the concept rather than pressuring them to adapt to my teaching or course content.
Looking at their ability and increaaing in stamina of grasping power will be my strength through out the lecture.
