Hi! I’m Johas, a passionate Philosophy instructor who loves to explore big questions and help students discover their own way of thinking. Philosophy isn’t just about memorizing ideas — it’s about learning how to think clearly, question assumptions, and see the world from new perspectives. Whether you’re new to philosophy or looking to deepen your understanding, I’m here to guide you with patience, clarity, and a bit of humor.
Since I discovered philosophy, I knew it was something I wanted to share. I love philosophy because it not only leads us to question what seems obvious but also transforms the way we understand the world and ourselves. I deeply believe that critical thinking—the ability to analyze and question—is one of the most essential skills in today’s world.
My teaching style is personal and flexible because I believe every student learns differently. Together, we’ll create a space where your curiosity leads the way, and no question is too small or too difficult. I love making abstract ideas meaningful and relatable, so philosophy becomes not just a subject, but a tool to better understand life.
Beyond the classroom, I’m a musician and a lifelong learner, so creativity and exploration are at the heart of everything I do. If you want to enjoy philosophy in a friendly, supportive environment that challenges you but also makes you feel confident, let’s start this journey together!
