Hello!

My name is Maria, I'm a Meditation and Zumba instructor, and I'm a Spanish and elementary school teacher.

I love meditating and dancing. I'll teach you how to connect with your emotions and inner peace, as well as how to trust yourself and your strengths more.

If you need to learn Spanish, you can learn it with me while we have fun in the process.

My way of teaching is directly with practice, without putting too much thought or logic into it, but rather directly experiencing it in your own body, and of course always with fun, since I consider that these are the two basic points for meaningful learning.
