My teaching is done one by one with the student, ensure he or she understands the topic on that subject and at the end I assess him to see wether he understood the content and when he or she scored marks 60 and above I know he is getting what I'm teaching him and I also ensure every day he has at least some extra work before I leave him that makes me great teacher to this student and also their parents get much encouraged when they see results of their students,
