I like to talk to students and make them comfortable with me so that it's easier for them to speak out and ask questions where they do not understand. And I also like to prepare for lessons ahead of time so that there is a flow in work and engagements with students become better. I prefer freedom from students and I also like my students active and passionate with minimal distractions which can take a while but in the end it's worth it. I believe being able to nurture a kid and more so, just being involved in making them great is powerful and amazing.
