Hi my name is Yullanda. I consider my teaching style is rooted in empathy, reflection and a strong belief in learner's growth. I aim to meet learners where they are, offering support that’s both strategic and encouraging.Its my objective to take learners from the known to the unknown using a plethora of methods. I’m intentional about creating a safe space where students feel valued, challenged and motivated to take ownership of their learning. I use feedback not just to correct, but to guide, balancing affirmation with constructive direction. At the end of the day, the onus is placed on you the learner with me being a motivator and facilitator. I pay close attention to the details, whether in student work or classroom dynamics and I use those insights to inform my decisions. Communication is one of my strengths and I take care to ensure that what I say uplifts, clarifies and inspires. Whether I’m teaching or mentoring, I approach each interaction with purpose and care, always keeping the bigger picture in mind: helping others grow with confidence, character and clarity.
