I like to teach using real life situations and examples as a form of teaching methodology. Students trends to learn better when they can comprehend on what the teacher is teaching.
Teaching is about making the subject fun, allowing students to use their understanding and knowledge in coming up with solutions to answers.
I like to task my students on projects as this helps them to use their cognitive and psychomotor domain in solving technical problem.
Also, I don't based my teachings on only just one teaching methods. I like to use different methods in teaching
I would like my students to be able to interact more with me and ask questions, as this also makes teaching and learning fun.
I believe no student is a dullard, every student is good and knowledgeable in his or her own way. We just need to get them more focused and motivated in order to bring out the best in them.
It may takes a teacher only few minutes to recognize the potential in a students, but it's takes a while for the students to recognize the potential in himself or herself, patience is very important when teaching.
