My teaching style is student-centered, compassionate, and solutions-oriented, focusing on building confidence as well as skills. I adapt lessons to meet each student’s unique needs, using clear explanations, hands-on practice, and real-life connections to make learning meaningful. With experience in both secondary and special education, I am skilled in differentiating instruction for all ability levels, ensuring every learner feels supported and challenged. I regularly track progress through formative and summative assessments, adjusting instruction to maximize growth. My students consistently show improved academic performance, greater independence, and a stronger connection to their learning. I take pride in creating a positive, engaging environment where they can thrive. I truly believe that when students know multiple ways of learning they can take accountability for their success.
