I have 20 years experience in delivering mathematics in various settings,including mainstream classroom,face-to-face and online tutoring. I make sure that every student learns in my lessons. I engage my students with plenty of online,interactive activities and frequent quizzes ti check students understanding. I have plenty of online resources that I share with the student(s) . In the lesson,the student answers questions and is assessed throughout the duration of the lesson,also going through misconceptions or concepts not fully understood. I mark work and give detailed feedback to each student. I tailor each lesson to meet students needs. My lessons are usually easy going and fun where applicable. My former online and face-to-face students success rates are usually over 95%. In 2009,I have trained some of my best A-level students at a college to enter a UK National Maths Challenge Senior Competition and two of my students were awarded a bronze and a silver medal. I am adaptable,resourceful,resilient,with a flexible and friendly,caring approach .
