I am Ashwini, currently student at IIT Madras. With a Master’s degree in Mathematics and over four years of teaching experience, I bring both strong academic expertise and practical classroom skills to my students.

I worked as an Associate Professor in the Doubt Department at PhysicsWallah (July–Oct 2024), delivering high-quality academic responses to UG/PG-level mathematics queries with a focus on conceptual clarity and problem-solving skills. Additionally, I have served as Faculty at Orwell Institute of Mathematics (Nov 2020 – May 2025), where I taught JEE-level and advanced mathematics in both online and offline modes, designed assessments, and mentored students for competitive and academic excellence.

My teaching approach focuses on:

Simplifying complex mathematical concepts using relatable examples

Designing personalized lesson plans based on each student’s learning style

Building a strong foundation before moving to advanced problem-solving

Encouraging curiosity and analytical thinking in every class

I offer tutoring in Mathematics for school, college, and competitive exams, as well as Statistics, Quantitative Aptitude, and Data Analysis basics. Being based near IIT Madras, I am available for in-person home tutoring in Chennai.
