I am a teacher who believes that learning take place when there is two way communication between the teacher and student. Therefore, classes will be more interactive, fun and including hands-on activity when it is appropriate. At the same time, the activities will lead the students in attempting the questions based on their level and also higher order thinking skills questions. I care about my students’ growth, well-being, and future. Whether it’s changing a lesson plan mid-class or finding new ways to reach struggling students, I will stay flexible instead of rigid. I belief in students can change how they see themselves and what they believe they can achieve. :)
