I have teaching as well as Industrial experience. I started my career as a part time teacher while doing M Tech. Home tuitions were also done. I can communicate with Malayalam and English. For a Malayalee student, for better understanding both languages can be mixed. I have the ability to clearly explain concepts, provide constructive feedback and actively listen to student's needs and perspectives. I have the ability to establish clear expectations routines and boundaries to create a positive and productive learning environment. I believe I can understand a students feeling in a better way.
