As an educationist I used child centered learning style. Using child centered learning style has really helped my pupils to be involved during learning. It enables them to be active, they learn through creative thinking because they are involved in the lesson. I used so many instructional materials for children that like visual learning method. Children with kinesthetic method I used game tools or depends on the topic for learning.

Results: So many children I have taught are giving testimonies. I had a child in my class then in basic 2 but she couldn't spell her, when I understand her learning style she started enjoying the classroom activities. Although she has down syndrome. I discovered her learning style was visual. I started drawing things for her to see and recognize from there she spelt things and gradually she continued and one faithful, she wrote her name by herself. Her parents were happy. Her parents ask of the teacher that change their daughter and that was when I became her home tutor.

What makes me a great teacher are: uniqueness, effective and efficient. I am a unique teacher because I teach to breed tomorrow leaders.
