First of all, I able to understand the students by speaking with them. Then I will adjust my methodology to talk with students. I will teach the student with some practical examples so she/he will understood the subject easily. I will prioritize the students needs, interests first. This improves students learning progress and involves actively to listening skills and decision making. Students are encouraged to ask doubts what they have without any fear.
