I always believe in student-centered, inquiry-based, and collaborative learning. These teaching styles enables learners to take an active and collaborative role in their own learning thus producing a range of positive outcomes which can be measured academic performance and skill and skill development. My learners are not just passive listeners or followers of information but are are genuinely curious and motivated to explore further topical areas in detail. As a professional teacher I serve as a role model and mentor which is always reflected in the long term impact on learner's live, career choices and personal development. I also ensure that my learners are self directed by equipping them with the necessary tools, skills and confidence to continue learning on their own and be able to achieve the desired positive outcome. In summary, I am a highly skilled and adaptable professional who employs several teaching styles and methodologies to create a dynamic and learner-centered learning environment whose impact not lies in learner academic performance but also in their ability to foster life long learning, and build essential life skills.
