I think communication is the more important part of teachers and students. First of all i prefers students are free with me because when teachers & students freely talk with each other then students can through a question his/her teacher veey easily. It's my first strategy. Secondly i teach the basic information of the main topic then solve 2/3 of 10 problem like & remaining given him for practice. When he do not solve then next day i learn him how to solve the given problem. I will do encourage my students and give him a proper guidelines
