I can communicate well to make students easy to understand the material, the methods that I used were vary, make the students not boring in learning. Beside of the teaching about the topic, I also getting personal engaged with the students, especially when they need consultation about their future, their plan for go to the next step, going to university, or job that suitable with them, or only for the daily consultation, such as their struggles, their relationship with their family, friends and others. I trained my students, so they can feel free if they want to ask material, or anything when they have high curiousity.
