I can improvise a positive learning environment by employing effective teaching methods,and exhibiting key personal qualities by creating engaging topics,communicate effectively,and building strong relationships with my students.using teaching methods like Planned repetition, Questioning and answering. It will help my students develop cognitively through critical thinking,creativity and adopting problem solving skills.I encourage active participation,collaboration and exploration through activities like project based learning,inquiry learning and experimental learning.I have good communication skill, Understanding of individual differences among students,patience,Adaptability and positive attitude. My teaching lead to better grades, Development of critical thinking and problem solving skills,love of learning among my students. I encourage students to do better and strive to be better than the use to be.I also Advise them to take their studies seriously in other to attain greater height. I help my students be versatile because knowledge does not end with what is taught during a lesson.I encourage them to visit the library, use dictionary, encyclopedia, Browse the internet for related topics and read vast in other to be grounded in a particular topic or subject.
