As a 21st century mathematics educator, I see teaching mathematics as facilitating the lesson because every learner is a stock of knowledge.
So, the relevant knowledge the learner brings to the class is very necessary and must be accommodated.
Hence, my teaching approach is learner-centered approach. I use more of inquiry based techniques coupled with brainstorming and questions and answers style.
Again, I also use practical and common examples to support my lessons and make maths lovely to all.
I teach maths with fun, learnable jokes and makes maths very simple to your liking.
I teach from known to unknown to help learners unleash all their mathematics potential.
Do you know that you solve mathematical problems all the time?
Then;
Your footsteps around is addition and subtraction of numbers.
How you spend your money and other items like bucket of water, plate of food is the concept of fractions.
The angle you sit or you hold your own writing materials to your own comfort is Geometry.
