I am a motivated and detail-oriented professional with a strong background in teaching, mentoring, and problem-solving. During my M.Tech, I worked as a Teaching Assistant (TA) for first-year B.Tech students and was honored with the Best TA Award for my dedication and impact in the classroom. This experience not only strengthened my ability to explain concepts clearly but also taught me the value of patience, adaptability, and effective communication in helping students succeed.
I firmly believe that education is about understanding, reasoning, and exploration, not memorization. My teaching philosophy is to encourage students to think critically, analyze problems from different perspectives, and discover multiple approaches to solutions. This method helps them gain conceptual clarity while building confidence, creativity, and independence in learning.
In addition to my teaching experience, I bring strong technical knowledge, organizational skills, and a passion for continuous learning. My ultimate aim is to help learners develop not only subject knowledge but also the skills to approach challenges with curiosity, logic, and resilience.
