My name is Anna Sustrinsh and my guru is Pilot Babaji - the great Himalayan Yogi, whose abilities staying in Samadhi were fixed by the scientists. My way is Yoga, only Yoga can bring us to Moksha. I am happy to share my experience with the students through my Yoga Sadhana. I share my own experience and the experience of the great Himalayan Yogis. Traditionally my yoga Sadhana duration is 2 hours, where we do Asanas for the physical body, Pranayamas for Pranic body (purifying the energy channels and collection the pure powerful prana), mind control through Pratyahara. And a Dhyana is happening spontaneously as a result of our previous actions. Dhyana is a way to our true nature... You never get this experieince in a most yoga studios and fitness studios where there are a lot of different peopple with different bodies and preferences, different abilities.
I teach you how to feel your body, and from here how to do asanas correctly . I am teaching you how to be your own teacher. I teach you not how to do breath works (its matter approach). I teach you pranayamas, I show you how to feel energy, how to work with energy. The breath is a matter reality, connected with the prana, which is not matter reality. When you die, you are not breath, but prana remains.
I teach you not sleeping in shavasana or meditation. I teach you how to be conscious in the most deep lyers of yourself.
