With 25 years in the field of ophthalmology and extensive clinical OPD,bedside and surgical teaching experience off line. Observing present need of a practical clinically oriented teaching module with human empathy and latest technology inputs is the need. Trying to empower the upcoming gen with 1.comprehensive ophthalmoloy for undergrads,2Advanced retina centred ophthalmolgy for PGs and Fellows, clinical case discussions, viva preparations,surgical skills and OT mentoring, evidence based guidance for thesis preparation. All this by simplifying complex ophthalmic concepts,interactive case discussions,with clinical relevance emphasis on integrating theory with day to day clinical decision making. I like to keep the principle of teaching ... teaching by the humans...of the humans ...for the humans..alive. And not just rote learning. TO Stimutate my students not only to learn what to think and treat but also how to learn and treat .
