Every student learn differently, so l like to teach in a way that's help you understand first . I will explain things step by step,then teach and check for real understanding,Ask student to explain back in their own words. Change my approach of student seems lost or bored. Start with support then gradually reduce it. Invite them to tell you how they like to learn. I will use different ways depending on what works best for you. I will try my best to improvement of student. I will take care every students are my own kids.
