I believe in experiential learning, progressive strategies and conceptual learning.
I always try to associate the concepts with day to application so that it will be easy for students to understand the concept better. Iam a person who believe that marks are important but only marks will not judge a student's capability. I follow an enthusiastic approach which engages the student with the concept with the apt level of attention and focus without actually not pressuring the students too much. I believe that Iam also a learner who will be learning along with the students.
