MSc botany and BE.d with 8 years of teaching experience from students 8th to 10th CBSE and ICSE curricula .n botany to 11th with Neet level preparation.i guided students at st Joseph’s and Xaviers school helping them build strong conceptual foundation .Through out my career I have focused on strengthening conceptual understanding rather than rote learning .i believe when students understand logic behind each topic they become independent and confident.i conduct ONLINE classes with FLEXIBLE WORKING HOURS which help students from different locations achieve their goal .I ultimate goal is to help students to achieve academic excellence in science while also developing critical thinking and problem solving skills .customized lesson plans tailored per student needs.EACH STUDENT PROGRESS N SUCCESS is the most FULFILLING part of my teacher journey
