About Me as a Teacher

I am a passionate and highly qualified English language teacher with 12 years of solid experience in teaching English as a second language. I hold double Master’s degrees in English (ELT & Literature), a B.Ed. degree, and I am currently pursuing my M.Ed. to further strengthen my academic expertise. In addition, I am a certified teacher of English to young learners from George Mason University, USA.

Currently, I serve as a Senior Lecturer and Vice Principal at Jahanara Israil School & College (JISC), where I guide students across different levels with commitment and care. I also work as a Language Instructor and Coordinator at American Space Barishal, conducting workshops, training sessions, and English communication programs for learners of diverse backgrounds.

My teaching approach is student-centered, engaging, and adaptive, blending creativity with structured learning. I specialize in:

English grammar, vocabulary, and writing skills
Reading comprehension and critical thinking
Spoken English and communication skills
Exam preparation and academic support
Interactive workshops for young and adult learners

With a strong academic foundation, international certification, and hands-on leadership in education, I ensure that my students not only improve their English but also gain confidence, motivation, and practical communication skills.
