Being a teacher, you should attend to the immediate needs of the student. One thing more is be patient and resourceful. You have to motivate students to always do his part and not just depend on the teacher. There must be a great tandem between the two of you. Be cheerful and patient. Let him tell to believe in himself. Tell him that if you believe in yourself you can achieve. As a teacher be responsible enough to do your duty as his teacher. Do what ever it takes for the better
