I teach/mentor student by making a humane connection where fear/hesitation has no or little place, with empathy and compassion, without being judgemental as far as possible, ensuring students' mental and emotional well-being. I emphasise on fundamentals (axiom, conjecture, lemma, theorem; pondering over WHY (necessity) & HOW (application/invention). I rely on reason, analysis, intuition and sometimes counter-intuition to mathematical concept which prepare students for life not limiting him/her to only career and profession growth.
