Every child has unique strength whether it is in academic or non academic I always make sure to find their capability and try to enhance skills . I try to understand child needs. I use constructive approach in the classroom with discussion and debates, use problem solving activities. I believe rote learning is not effective because it doesn't take the child into divergent thinking I teach my subjects with the help of audio visual teaching aids and I teach them moral values also as they are the future of our nation.
Select my teaching pattern according to the child needs use different aids so I can make them understand those concepts easily and in an interesting way so that they can enjoy their learning . I provide them worksheets for more practice,take test after completing the chapter, take doubt session classes to solve their problems. As they are the youth of our nation it is our responsibility to teach good values. I request to parents they should help their child to learn new things because both teacher and parents can make the child future bright.
