Hello!

My name is Emily. I'm a recent high school graduate and now a university student in Dubai.

English has always been my favourite subject, and I have consistently scored top marks in it during my school years.
I achieved a grade 9 (A*) in IGCSE English First Language (Edexcel) — the top score in my batch. I loved studying English so much, and I was so passionate about the subject that I self-studied English Language (CAIE) at A Levels — since my school did not offer it — and sat all 4 components in the May/June 2025 series, earning a grade A at AS Level and a high B overall.

My teaching style is extremely individualised to each of my students' personal requirements and learning styles. As a student myself, I understand how difficult learning can be when:
a) you struggle with a subject, and
b) you don't have a teacher who is flexible enough.

I strive to make learning not just easy, but enjoyable as well.
In classes, we will go according to your pace, not mine.

My goal is to help you build confidence, master exam skills, and achieve the grades you've worked so hard for.
