I am an educator who is passionate and my enthusiasm comes from seeing the learners i am dealing with thrive and at the end of it all becoming what they desire to be in life.
I employ several teaching and learning methodologies but i mostly specialize in identifying the learners areas of weaknesses and come up with ways of helping them out by ensuring they grasp the content and also familiarize with how the testing will be.
I also ensure that other factors are identified that might be causing the learners not to give their all are identified and dealt with appropriately.
