I assess the strength and weakness of the student beforehand and, accordingly, bridge up the areas of weakness before delving into the concepts required for the grade. I have the ability to convey complex concepts in a simple, clear and elegant manner. Also I can enlighten the student how well the concepts are applied in problem solving. I have the patience to teach and reteach until not only the student but I myself is confident that the student has understood well. I always maintain cordial but professional approach with the student. I encourage students to try on their own under my supervision to explore different ways of solving the problem with the well conceived concepts that were taught to them. I teach in such a way that they fall in love with the subject and enjoy learning concepts and practicing problem solving. I employ the knack of questioning the students which will make them introspect well to understand the concept and apply them finely.
