The following are my targets to all my students.

1. I assign and grade homeworks,test and assignments.
2. I monitor and record student progress and provide feedback for improvemenst.
3. I encourage research to foster more caption of the learnt ideas.
I believe in learning from the known to uknown as this develops a better understanding and my lessons are always learner centered because the student understanding is my target.
In addition I try to make my explanations to be simpler and direct to the point to avoid mixing up facts. This makes me to be the best teacher
