Hi, I’m Deborah, Occupational Therapist.
I provide home-based occupational therapy services for both children and adults. My sessions are designed to be structured, engaging, and tailored to each individual’s needs and goals.

My therapy approach includes:
• Sensory integration techniques to support regulation and attention
• Functional skill training for daily living and independence
• Social skills training to improve communication, interaction, and confidence
• Behaviour-shaping techniques to encourage positive routines and habits
• Fine and gross motor development to strengthen coordination and physical abilities
• Guided home programmes for consistent carryover and progress

I aim to create a supportive, clear, and calm environment that helps each person build meaningful skills at their own pace.
