Hello to all students and parents,
I’m Laradell Tria, but you can call me Teacher Lara~~!
Something to know about me? I’ve always loved Maths ever since I was young! I am an advocate for teaching students based on the kids' interests. As part of being a teacher, I always try to find fun in the way I teach, but make it easier for them to understand. I like breaking down problems into simple steps and showing different ways to solve things, just like how I used to do it when I was younger :)
I’ve tutored students from primary school to university, both in the Philippines and here in Australia. What I enjoy most is challenging how students think, solving problems with them, and seeing that “ohhh” moment when something finally clicks. I’m patient, encouraging, and I make sure students feel comfortable asking questions (even the ones they think are silly).
My goal is to help students build confidence in their subjects, enjoy the process, and find their own way of thinking through problems. If you want someone who’s supportive, down-to-earth, and genuinely cares about your progress, I’d love to help! ^^
