Hi, I have completed my B.Tech and M.Tech in Food Process Engineering from NIFTEM - Thanjavur which is formerly known as IIFPT.
I have good theoretical and practical knowledge in subjects related to food processing, food technology and quality control systems. I do have good knowledge in emerging thermal and non thermal technologies, food packaging, instrumentation analysis, canning technology, engineering properties of food, GMP, HACCP, Freezing technology, food chemistry, nutrition, etc.
