A well grounded individual with over 11 years using Windows environment and Microsoft packages. I can easily break down steps for easy understanding, without being in front of the teaching package. My goal is not to show you, but to teach you so you can handle the task without returning or relearning it.
While I was a tutor with Meridian Technologies, I taught matured and young ones Comptia A+, N+, Desktop support and CCNA. My patience was a great virtue, which was useful in listening to the challenges of the matured ones. I then proffer the solution using a step by step guideline with bullet points and flowcharts.
