I am a very passionate nurse educator, mentor and also clinical nurse. Over the years i have skills how to teach students using different methods of learning and ensure they demonstrate knowledge, skills and positive attitudes on the subject. my teaching methodology is competency based because it ensures the students are competent on the subject. I achieve this by integrating different learning styles and assesment methods and by doing so, my students become motivated to learn and participate in learning. Such has made me a great teacher, passionate about teaching, an excellent communicator who fosters a positive and engaging learning environment through qualities like patience, adaptability, and empathy. I am also skilled at providing constructive feedback, setting high expectations, and motivating students to achieve their full potential.
