I as a Asst professor has experience in teaching as well as clinical ICU experience so I relate with the subject and hospital scenarios while teaching which will enrich the memory of the students. I teach clearly point by point. Repeat classes if necessary. I brush up the before class. Conduct a small oral test before every class and also written test to evaluate their understanding. Give tips and training to attend questions in the exam in order to score good marks. Am also very flexible and approachable to my students.
