I am a post doctorate fellow. I have a passion and want to teach students, want to motivate them towards the opportunities. I want to encourage students in a right direction, want to know their interests so that i can make their interests their big strength. I want to work on their weakness and boost their confidence. I have given training to graduate students and now they have started their own start ups. My teaching style is that i make the complex things simple but sideways i want student to be attentive and a good listener. I want students to work hard but i am not after results. Their efforts are enough. I am not after grades. I just want student to become a creative thinker, good speaker, listener and a good person. Education should make a person good person and a human being not a social animal.
