I'm Dr. Dinsi Richard Nchinda, a trained secondary and high school mathematics teacher and an educationist. I have a 23 years of teaching experience. I specialize in algebra, geometry, trigonometry, statistics and financial mathematics where I teach upto college level.
As a trained teacher, I prepare lesson notes before teaching. I organize syllabus into schemes of work, then to lesson plan and then to lesson notes. When delivering lessons, I always start from simple to complex, known to unknown etc. for easy assimilation of knowledge by learners. Since teaching/learning is a continuous process, I always start teaching with a vivid review of previous knowledge. My teaching method is student centered where by, students are guided to be active participants during teaching/learning process. I take more of a coaching or mentoring to help students learn. Student-centered assessments like formative assessment are given more frequently to assess learning process. As a university lecturer, I have availed myself in teaching using digital tools and online teaching. I'm also very good in teaching research and statistics at the university level with supervision of theses/dissertation.

    I have been a mathematics teacher for over 23 years. The above instruction is the second since I started work. During this period, I've been specialized in teaching mathematics, financial mathematics and statistics in secondary and high schools. I have also been teaching statistics at the university level.
    As a trained teacher with sound knowledge in mathematics and statistics, I have always applied the knowledge acquired in school to impart it on students.
