My name is Lucy Kimori, and I am an English Literature teacher with strong experience across the Cambridge, Edexcel, and CBC curricula. I specialise in helping students strengthen their reading comprehension, improve their analytical writing, and develop a clear understanding of how writers use language, structure, and technique.

I work with learners of different abilities, guiding them step by step to read more confidently, respond to texts more accurately, and express their ideas with clarity. Whether preparing students for Checkpoint assessments, improving day-to-day class performance, or building essential writing skills, I focus on breaking down concepts, modelling strong answers, and giving personalised feedback that helps each student grow.

I am passionate about creating lessons that are engaging, supportive, and structured. My goal is always to help students not only improve their grades but also develop genuine confidence in English and Literature. Through consistent practice, clear explanations, and a calm teaching approach, I help learners understand what is expected of them and how to meet those expectations successfully.
