My belief is that mathematics is not merely a collection of formulas to memorize, but a powerful way of the thinking that every student can learn and appreciate. My aim is to create an environment where curiosity is encouraged and students develop confidence to solve problems. I strive to make mathematical concepts accessible by breaking them into clear and connect them to real life situations. I recognise that students learn at different paces and in different ways. Therefore I use differentiated instruction as per student ability to understand. My goal is to build not only competency but also a positive attitude towards mathematics. Ultimately I see my role as a facilitator of discovery. I aim to inspire students to think critically, communicate mathematically and develop life long problem solving skills.
