I am a passionate teacher and trainer with a strong commitment to student growth and learning. I completed my Master’s in Botany from Andhra University and have over 3 years of experience as a Soft Skills Trainer. My expertise allows me to teach both Biology and Soft Skills effectively, combining academic knowledge with personality and career development. I strongly believe in creating an engaging learning environment where students gain confidence, improve communication, and develop essential life and employability skills. With a positive attitude and a learner-centric approach, I aim to motivate students to reach their full potential academically and professionally.
My teaching style is interactive and activity-based, focusing on clear understanding, real-life examples, and individual attention to every learner. I strongly believe in creating a supportive and motivating digital classroom where students can build knowledge, improve behaviour and communication, and achieve their academic and personal growth goals.
I focus on nurturing curiosity, strengthening values, and preparing learners for both academic success and future careers. I believe every student is unique, and I strive to make learning easy, enjoyable, and impactful for each individual.

I worked as a Soft Skills Trainer at Edunet Foundation, where I trained students in communication, teamwork, time management, and workplace etiquette through interactive activities and real-life examples. I assessed student performance, provided personalised feedback, and supported their overall confidence and job readiness while maintaining a positive and engaging classroom environment.
